This client contracted us to build both their extension and a gable up loft conversion with en-suite bathroom in Wilmington.
The extension is a bright spacious family area complete with kitchen fit and underfloor heating. Also included was a downstairs toilet and small utility room.
The loft conversion included a new roof in synthetic slate to give the property a modern look, it has a master bedroom with Velux window and French doors with glass balustrade.
Time to build: 9 weeks
